With snow on the ground this time last year it feels wonderfull that the current mild weather does give us a feel that spring is upon us. WIth this in mind we have made a few early changes to our current menu. This includes the introduction of a new chicken dish with grilled hispi cabbage, new potatoes & the return of our fantastic whole seabass, stuffed with fennel & lemongrass, charred spring onions to garnish. Classic leek & potato soup makes a welcome return & our goats cheese en croute.

Next on our hit list will be our desserts, with the new menu available from mid March, watch this space.
